3. Account & acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your organization. You agree not to misuse the Service (including unlawful use, attempts to breach security, reverse engineering except as permitted by law, or interfering with other customers' use).

4. Subscription & billing

Paid subscription tiers, their entitlements, and their prices are described on our pricing page. Amounts are not restated here to avoid drift; the pricing page and your order are authoritative. Billing, taxes, and invoicing are handled through our payment processor (see the Privacy Policy subprocessor list).

5. Term & termination

Subscriptions renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order and these Terms.
